If your package gets lost please email tmariaking1995@gmail.com For any reason your package is returned to me, I will reshoot your package, but you will be asked to cover any additional fees moving forward. If the package is returned to us we can reship If the package is delivered to the address you provided successfully and an incident occurs after we are unable to provide reimbursement. If your product arrives damaged please email tmariaking1995@gmail and let us know within 24 hours of receiving package and we will help as quickly as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, so we can have a better understanding of what happened.

We ship via USPS Priority/ First Class or UPS. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order, once your order is shipped it should take 3-5 days to get to you. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
